Return & Exchange Policy
At Ladies Own, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure every product you receive meets your expectations. However, if you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
✅ When Can You Return a Product?
We accept returns under the following conditions:
You received a damaged product
The product didn’t fit you or you didn’t like it
🔁 Return Process
1. If You Received a Damaged Product
Submit a return or exchange request through your Order Dashboard within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a pickup within 2–3 working days.
Shipment may take 7–10 days to reach us.
Once received and inspected, we will issue your refund either as:
Bank Transfer (takes 2–3 working days to reflect), or
Store Credit (issued instantly)
Note: A package opening video is mandatory to claim a refund for a damaged product. Products must be:
Unused & unwashed
All original tags intact, including the plastic security tag
Tag number must match with our shipping record
2. If the Product Didn’t Fit or You Didn’t Like It
Pickup will be arranged similarly within 2–3 working days.
A return shipping fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund.
Any shipping charges or COD fees paid earlier will not be refunded.
Refund will be issued in the form of store credit, valid for 1 year.
🔄 Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product:
An exchange will be processed after the returned product passes inspection.
If the new item is lower in value, we will issue store credit for the balance amount.
If it’s higher in value, you’ll be asked to pay the difference.
🚫 Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items
To maintain hygiene and fairness, some categories,, such as PANTIES, FASHION JEWELLERY, SALE PRODUCTS etc. are not eligible for return or exchange. Please check the product page for product specific details, if it’s returnable/exchangeable or not:

Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging intact.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
